UNOFIX HM 500 is an unfilled, transparent hotmelt adhesive developed for straight edge banding on low- to medium-speed machines. It supports clean, consistent production across standard melamine, PVC and HPL edge bands.
Its low viscosity promotes homogeneous distribution at the appropriate working temperature and helps minimise charring in the melting tank. The adhesive forms a seamless-looking adhesive line at the edge while maintaining good strength across different edge-band thicknesses.
UNOFIX HM 500 also supports long-lasting bonding and easy cleaning of application rollers, helping operators maintain reliable performance batch after batch.
