UNOFIX CPW 505 is a two-component, solvent-based polyurethane adhesive developed for profile wrapping applications requiring high heat resistance.
It is suitable for wrapping PVA foils onto MDF, PVC and aluminium across all types of wrapping machines. Add 4% hardener before use, stir the mixture thoroughly and consume it within 8 hours of adding the hardener.
Apply the adhesive to the foil surface. Set the heat tunnel according to ambient conditions; a temperature around 55–65 °C is recommended. Activate the adhesive with an infrared heater positioned at the tunnel exit.
