UNOFIX PVA 300 – D3 Adhesive
High-viscosity homopolymer PVA adhesive for fast, even bonding of wood and MDF. D3 compliant, with D4 performance when 5% hardener is added.
UNOFIX PVA 300 is a high-viscosity, homopolymer PVA adhesive developed for consistent spreading and fast drying. It supports application by hand roller and performs efficiently across large surfaces.
The adhesive complies with D3 DIN EN 204 requirements; adding 5% hardener to the mix upgrades the application to D4. Once dry, it forms a transparent film with an elastic-hard structure, strong durability and high temperature resistance.
Hot water makes cleaning straightforward immediately after application, before the adhesive dries. UNOFIX PVA 300 is suited to bonding wood components for windows and stairs, cold-press door leaf production, MDF-to-wood bonding, MDF lamination and door-frame thickening.
